[h1]Cancellation, No Show and Refund Policy[/h1]
Review the policies below to ensure you do not incur any cancellation or no show penalties.
[h3]General Cancellation Policies[/h3]
Online Training:
A cancellation or replacement may be requested if after activation of your online training, you noticed you have been served with a wrong course or wrong duration. If you are genuinely not 100% satisfied with your training, within 48 hours from the activation of your training date and time, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
Instructor-Led Online Events/Training:
A cancellation or Postponement of an enrollment in an online instructor-led event may be made with no penalty up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the scheduled training. A cancellation or postponement of a scheduled online instructor-led event made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start time of the scheduled training will be deemed a “no-show”. No-shows for confirmed registrations will be assessed 100% of the list price of the scheduled online instructor-led event.
Instructor-Led Classroom Events:
A cancellation or postponement of an enrollment in a regional classroom event may be made with no penalty up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the first day of the scheduled training. A cancellation or postponement of a scheduled regional classroom event made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start time of the first day of the scheduled training will be deemed a “no-show”. No-shows for confirmed registrations will be assessed 100% of the list price of the scheduled classroom event.
Personalized Onsite Corporate Trainings:
A cancellation or postponement of a scheduled onsite training date may be made with up to ten (10) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training. Any unrecoverable billable travel expenses will be assessed to the customer regardless of when a cancellation or postponement is requested (e.g.: airfare change fees). A cancellation or postponement of a scheduled onsite training date made within ten (10) days prior to the first day of the scheduled onsite training will be assessed 100% of the total cost of the scheduled onsite training.
Other Policies
Training Event Schedules:
Class schedules are subject to change without notice based on minimum attendance requirements. Please check class schedules/calendar frequently. We may cancel scheduled classes up to ten (10) days prior to the scheduled start of the class for instructor-led classroom event or three (3) days for instructor-led online event, if certain attendance minimums are not met. In most instances, a minimum of five (5) attendees per class is required for a class to be held.
Customer Travel and Accommodation Costs:
Nhames will not be responsible for reimbursing prepaid customer travel costs. It is recommended that customers who elect to incur travel costs for an instructor-led classroom training class, schedule and purchase airfare and hotel accommodations must confirm that the class will hold before leaving.
Refund Policy:
Except for the cancellation policy described above, all payments and fees are nonrefundable. It is expected that students will assess the appropriateness of a training event by reviewing the course descriptions and schedules in advance of purchase or registration.
